The ARPA-H Dash Champion Ideas Feature Scientific Ponzi Schemes

It is an undeniable scientific fact that induced pluripotent adult/stem cells (iPSC) are adult cells reprogrammed with oncogenes or cancer cells harboring oncogenes. Unlike most adult stem cell scams, iPSC did not rise from the stem cell field, but from the genomic field, or the precision medicine field, or the personalized medicine field. Ironically, the experts of precision medicine or personalized medicine, like former NIH director Francis Collins, are also the ones who discovered or identified those oncogenes put into skin cells by Shinya Yamanaka to create iPSC Ponzi scheme. Please remember, although Shinya Yamanaka created the iPSC Ponzi scheme in the Bush Administration, he did not win his Nobel Prize in the Bush Administration, but in the Obama Administration; billions of taxpayer money did not flow into iPSC Ponzi scheme in the Bush Administration, but in the Obama Administration; it is also a “Blue” State, but not any “Red” State, has used tens of millions of taxpayer money to send the scarlet “Red” adult stem cell Ponzi scheme to the space. Who could sell such a fundamentally-flawed idea to both the Republican President Bush and the Demarcate President Obama? Who could commission such fraudulent iPSC papers to top scientific journals, such as Cell and Nature? Who could have such a commanding influence even on the Nobel Committee? Is it possible, probable, or plausible that NIH Director Francis Collins resigned for his involvement in the iPSC Ponzi scheme, or if you play the name or word game, a personalized medicine or precision medicine Ponzi scheme. Is it possible, probable, or plausible that the white house science advisor Eric Lander was out also for his involvement in the iPSC Ponzi scheme. The ARPA-H dash champion ideas would give us a peek into some of those questions on the minds of many of us.

The ARPA-H dash champion ideas would give us a peek into some of those questions on the minds of many of us.

The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is created by President Joe Biden’s vision to speed medical breakthroughs to patients who urgently need them. We could even hear some of those ARPA-H ideas pitched to President Joe Biden in the news, such as “cancer vaccine”. However, whoever pitched the idea of “cancer vaccine” to President Joe Biden did not tell the President that “cancer vaccine” is nothing new or transformative, but a long-failed idea because cancers are well-known for evading the immune-system. In March 2023, ARPA-H launched the “ARPA-H Dash” competition – open to the general public, researchers, and stakeholders alike to share bold ARPA-H ideas for a cash prize through a social media platform Polyplexus. It included 4 brackets: Health Science Futures, Proactive Health, Scalable Solutions, Resilient Systems.

I submitted 2 ideas: one provides a scalable solution for CNS regeneration using our patented technology to directly convert pluripotent human embryonic stem cells (hESC) into neuronal progenitor cells by small molecular induction; the other provides a scalable solution for heart regeneration using our patented technology to directly convert pluripotent hESC into cardiac precursor cells by small molecular induction. However, ARPA-H Dash did not even select my ideas for vote. I wondered what genius ideas ARPA-H dash had for those pressing problems that we had provided the practical solutions, but no one else had been able to solve for decades. It turns out the ARPA-H Dash Champion Ideas are no genius but all scientific Ponzi schemes.

Polyplexus is a social media voting platform that sounds fair and transparent; however, nobody knows how those companies were selected for vote, how they got their votes in, and how their Ponzi schemes or scams got preferential treatments for public funding at the cost of compromising public safety. As a result, they voted the most stupid idea of all for the ARPA-H Dash Champion “One Drug for All Cancers”, just like “one vaccine for all”, probably is in line for the next Nobel Prize winning scammer after Shinya Yamanaka. The ARPA-H Dash actually requires a supporting scientific paper after 2018, and I do not believe there is any data, any paper, or even some common sense, indicating “one drug for all cancers” would even work. There is not even one drug for one cancer. All ARPA-H Dash winners have one thing in common if you go to their websites, none of their websites give any details about their technology except big words, like most scammers would do.

Ponzi schemes and scams are just like weeds. Did they just convict one, Elizabeth Holmes, in San Jose? I guess a lot of people like to follow her suit, like Anuradha Lingappa of Prosetta Biosciences and Willie Reaves of Cellino. There are reasons that there cannot be “one antibody for all”, “one vaccine for all”, “one drug for all cancers”, all those obvious Ponzi scheme slogans. Vaccine’s safety lies in its uniqueness or specificity. If there was one vaccine for all, that vaccine would be so toxic, even much more toxic than the virus, probably would kill us all. So perhaps, they should tell President Biden the correct slogan “one vaccine to kill all”, not to fool the President or the public, playing the name or word game, making it sound like “one vaccine would save us all.”

The winner of the Scalable Solutions bracket is “Your Cells Your Cure”, which is actually iPSC, a precision medicine or genomic Ponzi scheme or scam. This is outrageous. Pluripotent human embryonic stem cells (hESC) have unlimited proliferation ability, there is no scalability issue for hESC. Induced pluripotent adult/stem cells (iPSC) are cancer cells, grow crazy, even if iPSC were pluripotent stem cells, there is no scalability issue for iPSC either. Pluripotent stem cells are non-functional, cannot be used for therapy. Only functional stem cells or multipotent stem cells can be used for therapy. Scalability issue is regarding functional stem cells, or somatic stem cells, or multipotent stem cells, or tissue-specific stem cells, or tissue-resident stem cells, such as neural stem cells, neuronal progenitor cells, cardiac stem cells, cardiac precursor cells, lung stem cells, liver stem cells, etc. What scalability issue has Cellino solved with iPSC for them to win the “scalable solution” bracket? What technology or any patent warranted Cellino the “scalable solution” champion of ARPA-H dash except that their flawed idea, evidently harmful to patients in the downstream development, is directly linked to NIH, NIH former director, and Harvard as they revealed themselves in their press release. Why did not Cellino reveal any convincing scientific facts that would support them to win the “scalable solution” bracket of ARPA-H dash in their press release? Such as the fact that iPSC are adult cells reprogrammed with oncogenes, the fact of what scalable solution or pressing problem they have solved, the fact of the science behind their technology or even the idea that would provide a solution to scalability, etc. Deliberately or intentionally hiding scientific facts, playing word or name games for public funding, such as what Cellino did in their press release, are also considered as scientific misconduct, and such scientific misconduct behavior of Cellino has consequently compromised the scientific integrity of ARPA-H.

Even though FDA has strict regulations to any cells harboring oncogenes, and iPSC are in fact adult cells reprogrammed with oncogenes or cancer cells harboring oncogenes, FDA still gave those iPSC companies green lights to clinical trials using regenerative medicine advanced therapy (RMAT) designation at the cost of patient safety. And all those iPSC human trials have shown serious spontaneous mutations or generated cancers, but none of those iPSC companies have published their failed safety trial data, just like the public would never see CDC failed Covid human trial data either. Even though those drugs screened by iPSC platforms or adult/cancer cell platforms (e.g., Emulate’s liver chip) have caused serious damages to patients in human trials, FDA still gave them market approval using RMAT designation, then had to pull back because of serious tissue damages to patients. After FDA gave those pain killers market approvals that have killed hundreds and thousands of Americans every year, every ordinary American could even hear the horrible and heart-wrenching story of their friend or family dying of those pain killers approved by a very corrupted FDA in their backyard barbecues, FDA approval or not does not even really mean anything to them nowadays. Even Congress calls for the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and safety for public funding agencies, ARPA-H Dash still put corporate profits above patient safety using the Polyplexus platform that has neither integrity nor transparency, and hundreds and thousands of people or patients will end up having to pay the price.

Congress does not even want ARPA-H to have a campus in NIH. ARPA-H dash just shows the public and Congress it is a total failure. NIH, NIH directors or their leadership ideas or their scientific Ponzi schemes have already rooted in ARPA-H. Like CDC, FDA probably only has little credibility left, and ARPA-H is soon going to follow the track if they continue to put corporate profits above patient safety, above the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and safety. People seem to forget where their money comes from. All those agencies, like ARPA-H, are funded by taxpayer money, or the public. Credibility is not something you can see, hear, or eat, has no voice either. But if you lose credibility, you lose the public, and you also lose the public funding, eventually.
